Installation Guide for Toyota 86 / Subaru BRZ
Bolt-In Replacement Panel for Front Quarter WindowAll installation work should be done by a qualified professional to avoid damage to this product or to your vehicle!
Tools Required
Trim removal tools (plastic pry tools)
Phillips screwdriver
12mm and 10mm sockets
Window Nut Removal Tool (BI-RT01) (Highly Suggested for DIY)
Vacuum (Recommended for glass cleanup)
-Remove door trim-Remove quarter glass frame
Locate and remove mounting fasteners (2x 10mm bolts & 1x12mm nut)
Slide the glass frame out from inside the door
Rotate and Angle it carefully past the frame
Remove Window retaining fasteners, using a window nut removal tool, from the broken window and clean to reuse
Watch for:
Sharp edges and loose glass inside door
Vacuum out any broken glass debris
-INSTALL PANEL
Point arrow to the front of the car
Insert into factory guide
Hold panel in position
Install factory bolts/screws
Tighten gradually
Use even pressure across all points
DO NOT overtighten (Acrylic can crack under stress)
-Reinstall door trimIMPORTANT NOTES

Always tighten by hand, NOT power tools
